Finding the perfect content for your channel can be tricky. Some people have a specific way of grabbing new audience and keeping them engaged in videos. A great example of a channel who has captured his audience perfectly is YouTube creator swiftor. Swiftor has 2.89 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He invites subscribers into game lobbies on various different games, primarily Call of Duty private lobbies, and creates new content with them.
Swiftor hosts in-game mini-games, competitions and more with his audience, then makes a video of it all. Its a great way to build a community around a channel and people are having fun doing it. Something he’s done quite a bit of is a series called Swiftor Says. Its pretty much that old game Simon Says, but with the swiftor touch. If you don’t know what simon says is, its a children’s game where one player takes the role of “simon” and issues instructions (usually physical actions such as “jump in the air” or “stick out your tongue”) to other players, which should be followed by the phrase “simon says”. If the phrase is not said before a command, and someone does said command, they lose. The game keeps going until there’s a winner.
So in swiftor says, he will use the phrase “swiftor says” and then command people do something within the game. Like, pull out your riot shield and look into the sky.
The bigger your audience gets, the easier it gets to find people to create content such as this.
